- Delivery: Orders arrive Thurs / Fridays while spaces last. If you'd like to pre-order for a week / date in the future, when you've placed your order, please contact Jarrold's or us at [email protected] to let us know which date you'd like those delivered on, otherwise we will book you in for the next available slot. Lead time is 3-10 days. The order deadline each week is usually end of Monday for delivery on the Thursday / Friday that same week. If however, we are already fully booked for that week, we will message you to arrange delivery for the following week. Orders that arrive after midnight Monday are usually booked in for the following week's deliveries, however if we still have some space in the current week we can try to squeeze your order in. Again, if you're hoping to have the order arrive for a specific Thurs/ Friday then please drop us an email to let us know. All 6 flavour packs of our small batch, handmade in Norfolk crumpets (6 crumpets per flavour - that's a whopping 36 crumpets in total!)
A beautifully presented gift box complete with Spring yellow ribbon, full of delicious handmade and uniquely flavoured crumpets - all with no added preservatives and made to order the day before you receive them. Flavours included are Original, Cheese, Stem Ginger, Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Orange plus our limited edition Pumpkin Spice Crumpet flavour. Each flavour pack contains 6 crumpets, making a total of 36 delicious crumpets, (time for a crumpet party!) They arrive in our eco friendly packaging and are beautifully presented in a sustainable gift box with crinkle paper protection and a yellow ribbon. If you'd also like a free handwritten gift note included just let us know during checkout or by email.
If you can't eat them all at once, (but congrats if you can!) pop them in the freezer for up to 2 months without imparing the flavours.

Limited space & pre-order:The order deadline each week is midnight Monday for delivery on the Thursday / Friday that same week. (During December we will add in extra delivery days so orders could arrive Tuesday - Friday). Orders made Tuesday onwards are usually booked in for the following week. We are a very small operation and we have a limit on how many packs of crumpets we can physically make each week, so whilst we will try our best to match your preferred delivery dates, we reserve the right to make amendments to the date you will receive your order. We may have to move you from a Thursday to a Friday slot, but if we are fully booked for the week we may have to move you to the following week. We will let you know if that is the case. We advise ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If you would like to PRE-ORDER for a date nearer Easter, please let the Jarrold's customer care team know and they'll pass this on to us.
Best before dates:Our crumpets are made fresh and we don't add any preservatives. They therefore have a short shelf life and if not eaten fresh, should be frozen straight away for up to 2 months. Deliveries arrive on a Thursday or Friday and the best before date will be the following Saturday/ Sunday. We advise storing the crumpets in a cool dry, airtight place, or refrigerating in hot weather.
Collections from NR3 2AG are possible Wednesday evenings, Thursdays and Fridays.
Returns / Exchanges:Due to the short shelf life of the crumpets it is not practical to offer returns, however if for any reason you experience issues with your delivery, please get in touch via email and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
All crumpets contain: Wheat flour, water, sugar, yeast, salt, bicarbonate of soda, sunflower oil
Additional ingredients per flavour:- Cheese: Vegetarian Hard cheese & mustard (contains dairy)- Chocolate chip: chocolate (dark & white), syrup (contains dairy and soya)- Chocolate Orange: milk chocolate, cocoa powder, syrup, orange extract (contains dairy and soya)- Ginger: stem ginger in syrup- Pumpkin Spice: pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, salt, vanilla extract (Propylene Glycol, Water, Madagascan Vanilla Extract)
All crumpets contain gluten. May contain traces of nuts, dairy and mustard.
Store in a cool dry place and consume within 2 days, or freeze straight away for up to 2 months. In warm weather, we suggest keeping in the fridge. If cooking from frozen, defrost thoroughly before toasting as normal.
Allergies:It is the customer's responsibility to read all of the allergy information provided on the website and the packets and assess the risks before eating / ordering. Whilst we do try to make sure that there is no cross contamination between flavours, all crumpet flavours are made on the same day and in a home kitchen. It is therefore impossible to guarantee that traces of potential allergens are not present in the crumpets. If you have severe allergies to things such as nuts, dairy and mustard, we would suggest seeking a more specialised company. All crumpets contain gluten. Crumpetorium cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions caused by our crumpets.
