Cutrera Sicilian Capers Paste
A delightful and fully intense spoonful of capers in a fabulous blend!
The cream of capers is one of the most popular preserves of the region. This is a tasty and original pâté that brings with it all the flavor of the Sicilian land to the palate.
Use this caper cream to season spaghetti (it's very nice with tomatoes, too). Ideal for boiled meats, fish, boiled potatoes, eggs, but also for crostini with bread or croutons. Try also as a sandwich or panini spread.
