Do you cater to dietary restrictions? 
Our chefs use all allergens and a variety of herbs, spices, fruit and nuts in our kitchen, which means all dishes may contain a trace of these products. Vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free options are available.

Do I need to book, or are walk-ins accepted?
You do not need to book; walk-ins are accepted, but you can make a reservation using our online booking system further up the page.

Is it wheelchair friendly?
Yes, The Bay is wheelchair friendly - you can access the second floor where The Bay is located using the lifts.

Do you accept Jarrolds' discount cards?
Yes, we accept Jarrolds' discount cards across all our restaurants.

Can I use my loyalty card?
Unfortunately, you're not able to use your loyalty card at The Bay.
