Unlimited free delivery on all your online orders with the Jarrolds Delivery Pass for one year. Exlcudes Barker and Stonehouse furniture and any items not shipped by Jarrolds.

Fresh Hampers

Deliveries of fresh hampers is available Tuesday-Saturday, and you can choose your chosen day in the checkout.  Please ensure that someone is able to recieve the order on the day of delivery. Next Day service is available on Fresh Hampers ordered before 14:00.  Geographical exclusions apply.

Other Information

• Online delivery charges are incurred per order and not per item.
• We will only charge you postage once.
• Most orders require a signature on delivery as parcels are sent insured and delivery is normally between 8am and 6pm.
• If your item is sent via courier we can provide a consignment number to track your order.  Please email [email protected] and quote your order number.
• Orders can only be sent to one designated delivery address which can be different to your billing address.
• For large orders with multiple delivery destinations such as corporate orders for our Hamper service please contact us for prices.
• In the event that we cannot deliver your order or a part of your order we will endeavour to inform you within three working days via email.
• If Royal Mail or our courier attempt delivery and there is no-one available to sign for the parcel, a card will be left which will include details regarding what to do next.
• Delivery is normally attempted once by Royal Mail and twice by courier on consecutive working days. It is likely that the package is then sent to your nearest Post Office for you to collect.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail or APC Overnight, and may require a signature on delivery.  

If you chose:

• Choose Your Delivery Day - You should expect to receive your order on the date you have requested.*
• Express Delivery - You should expect to receive your order within 1 working day.
• Standard Delivery - You should receive your order within 3-5 working days

• Please note that their despatch times will vary.
• You will recieve a separate email from Jarrolds Store Folk confirming your order and their delivery policy.

Click and Collect | FREE
All furniture and accessories can be collected for free from any of our 4 warehouses. Selected accessories can also be collected from any of our 11 stores.

Large furniture | £89 DELIVERED BY BARKER AND STONEHOUSE
Examples include sofas, sofa beds, and wardrobes.

Medium furniture | £59 DELIVERED BY BARKER AND STONEHOUSE
Examples include recliner chairs, beds, dining tables, dining sets and cabinets.

Medium furniture | £49 DELIVERED BY DX 2 CREW
Examples include armchairs, TV units, console and coffee tables, sideboards and chest of drawers.
Selected items with a high-finish surface (glass, ceramic, stone, gloss, etc.) require specialist handling. These will be delivered directly by our team at a charge of £59. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

Mattresses | £29 DELIVERED BY BARKER AND STONEHOUSE

Small furniture | £15 DELIVERED BY DPD
Examples include dining chairs, bar stools and small tables. *Please note: 4 or more dining chairs and some larger/heavier items will be charged at £29.

Small Accessories | £6 DELIVERED BY DPD
Examples include table lamps, soft furnishings, clocks, home decor, plants.

Large Accessories & Rugs | £29 DELIVERED BY DPD
Examples include rugs, ceiling and floor lamps, mirrors, clocks and wall art that are over 1m/30kg.

When ordering multiple items with different delivery charges and timescales, the highest delivery charge and longest delivery lead time will apply. *Please note accessories available on a shorter lead time will arrive to you separately.
