Style and Substance: The Spring Summer 2025 Campaign
Spring and summer usher in a natural rhythm of renewal—longer days, lighter layers, and an effortless shift in the way we move through the world.
With the arrival of the new season, we find ourselves drawn to style that speaks beyond aesthetics, to pieces with a sense of meaning, history, and purpose.
At Jarrolds, our Spring Summer 2025 campaign, ‘Style and Substance,’ is an exploration of this very balance—where beauty meets depth, and where what we wear, how we live, and the experiences we seek tell a story that is both artful and authentic.
This campaign is more than a seasonal showcase. It is a reflection of the Jarrolds’ lifestyle—where innovation, experience, and community shape the choices we make.
‘Style and Substance’ is about looking beyond the surface, understanding the provenance of design, and celebrating the people and places that inspire us. This is a campaign rooted in storytelling, inviting you to discover not just the artistry of items but the narratives that lie beneath.
A Celebration of Creativity and Culture
To bring this vision to life, we have partnered with two local tastemakers who embody the essence of style and substance:
Richard Bainbridge, chef and restaurateur, brings his distinctive take on creativity to the campaign. With his acclaimed Norwich restaurant, Benedicts, Richard has built a reputation for storytelling through food—his dishes are steeped in heritage yet constantly evolving. He represents the harmony of tradition and modernity, a balance that mirrors our own approach at Jarrolds.
Tamsyn Morgans, photographer and stylist, is known for her ethereal aesthetic that captures the beauty in everyday moments. With a passion for storytelling through light, texture, and composition, she curates spaces and scenes that resonate on an emotional level. Her work speaks to the timeless quality of style—where nostalgia meets contemporary expression.
The Setting: Sainsbury Centre, Norwich
The location for our campaign shoot is as intentional as the stories we tell. The Sainsbury Centre at the University of East Anglia, a Norman Foster designed landmark building, itself a work of art, provides the perfect backdrop for ‘Style and Substance.’ As home to art collections that span historical, modern, and contemporary works, it is a space that bridges past and present, function and form. The Sainsbury Centre is more than an art museum; it is a place of experience, where collections are animate, and visitors are emotionally connected—values that align seamlessly with the Jarrolds philosophy. Just as the exhibitions within its walls showcase the evolution of artistic expression, our campaign reveals how style and substance come together in everyday life.
Living with Style and Substance
Through this campaign, we invite you to experience the curated lifestyle that defines Jarrolds. Whether through the careful selection of wardrobe pieces that transcend trends, the thoughtful design of interiors that reflect personal taste, or the appreciation of moments that give life texture and meaning, ‘Style and Substance’ is about more than what we see—it’s about what we feel and the connections we create.
From Norfolk’s cultural heartbeat to the wider world of design and fashion, Jarrolds continues to champion a way of living that is both beautiful and intentional. This season, we celebrate the seamless blend of aesthetic and authenticity. We celebrate the stories waiting to be told.
Welcome to Spring Summer 2025, where style meets substance.
