Sion Edwards & Tom Warner are friends who met at university and have come together to open a distillery in the village of Harrington, Northamptonshire. First out of the distillery is Harrington Dry Gin. It is a very special gin, of which they are very proud. It is a London Dry gin but called Harrington in reference to the beautiful village in which Falls Farm and the distillery is situated. The main factors that make this gin special is that it is hand crafted in an bespoke copper still manufactured for them especially by Arnold Holstein of Markdorf, Germany. Combined with the water from the spring which is only 300m from the distillery and the lovely recipe they have developed, including elderflower harvested from their farms in Harrington and Wales they have a very smooth and complex tasting gin which can be drunk neat or perfect in many cocktails. It is also very moreish in a G&T!

Warner Edwards have numerous additional products in the pipeline, including an Elderflower Gin and a Blackberry, Damson and Sloe Gin.
