Hemsley Organics Reiki Inspired Wellbeing Workshop 

Join Georgina Hemsley, Reiki Master of Hemsley Organics, for a Reiki inspired well-being workshop. Meet like-minded souls in a relaxing environment and immerse your well-being into Reiki. Enjoy journaling, learning the reiki precepts, connecting with your tandem, a guided reiki meditation and experience our reiki-blessed organic skincare.

1. Begin with an opening session, a space for everyone to introduce themselves and to explore what mindfulness means to them.
2. A 15-minute journaling exercise to explore the reiki precepts, a time to help heal limiting beliefs and embody the reiki precepts into daily life.
3. A tandem energy exercise. Learn how to embody and cultivate your tandem.
4. A reiki energy meditation. Guided by Georgina and the reiki energy. Experience a hands-on healing moment during this meditation from Georgina.
5. End your guided meditation lay down whilst Georgina allows you to experience our facial products with light touch massage and connecting with the senses.
6. Time to sample products, ask any questions and explore Hemsley Organics further.
