Truly Unique Risotto With Porcini Mushrooms
Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms is a traditional Italian dish made with a special type of rice called Arborio, which is cooked slowly in a vegetable broth until it becomes creamy and tender. Porcini Mushrooms are prized for their rich, nutty flavour, and meaty texture, they are a key ingredient in this dish, giving it a delicious and earthy taste.
Items to add: Butter or Oil, 100ml White Wine, 800ml of flavourful Vegetable Stock made with a Stock Cube, Parmesan cheese to taste.
