It is not about the hastily made resolutions after an indulgent month or even the hope of reinvention for a new year but the time set aside for reflection and discovery, with a touch of purposeful productivity and dare we say it, clarity.
With all this in mind, Jarrolds presents its first Wellness Week with the resolution of looking to learn, discover or simply just try something new. It is time set aside, for you and any utterances of ‘I’ve always wanted to try that.’
The time taken to learn more about mindfulness, confidence and calm, all with a clear head and revitalised energy.

For most of us, the month of December is busy…it is a filled to the brim with activity from the school play to Christmas jumper day, from the supermarket click-and-collect time slot to the three hours dedicated to the wrapping; all sprinkled with Secret Santa’s, mince pies and Mariah Carey.
