The Beefy Boys Lock-in

The Beefy Boys are taking over the Lower Ground Floor for an exciting evening celebrating their new book, From Backyard BBQs to World Class Burgers! Enjoy an exclusive interview, book signing, and canapés and tasters from their signature recipes. Joined by local breweries supplying drinks and exclusive offers for attendees.
The Beefy Boys are four childhood friends who turned their foodie hobby into a phenomenally successful business. With three packed restaurants, and fans across the world, their signature burger recipes have taken them from backyard barbecue to success in the World Burger Championships. The book shares the secrets of the perfect burger, from steaming to assembling, to patty styles, unique condiments and sauce, accompanied by classic recipes and crowd favourites, including veggie and vegan options.
£30 ticket includes entry to the event, an opportunity to taste a selection of mini Beefy Boys burgers & sides and a drink on arrival.
