Jarrold Beauty Hall Support Local Breast Cancer Charity

Back in October 2022, Jarrold supported local charity, Keeping Abreast, through events and promotions including a Big Pink Weekend in the Beauty Hall.

On the 15th and 16th of October, the Jarrold Beauty team led by Beth Webb, Beauty Sales Manager, and Michelle Vale, Beauty Team Leader, arranged a weekend-long pink celebration to help raise funds for Keeping Abreast. A Lucky Dip, Beauty Hamper Raffles for both customers and colleague and a ‘Go pink for a pound’ station where customers were invited to do a pink lip or blush, raised over £700 for the charity which supports those who are facing the possibility of or have had reconstructive surgery due to breast cancer.

Alongside the weekend instore, Jarrold Fashion team also supported their Keeping Abreast ‘More than just a fashion show’ which was held at the Norfolk Showground on 25th and 26th October. Katie and Florrie, the Jarrold Personal Stylists, dressed 12 ladies including Sascha Williams, ITV News presenter and presenter of the fashion show for two catwalk themes; Country Outdoorwear and Partywear/Evening Glamour.

The wonderful team from Keeping Abreast, Jenny Bond and Kerry Kemp, joined us instore this March to celebrate the fundraising efforts of Jarrold colleagues and raise a glass to a successful partnership.

For 2023, the Keeping Abreast team are holding an Afternoon Tea on Sunday 14th May at Glen Lodge, Bawburgh Golf Club as part of their campaign, Bobby Cupcake Month. Find out more about this and other Keeping Abreast events including their Winter Ball here.
