These dark chocolate florentines received a Great Taste Award in 2014. We stick to a classic combination of nuts in a chewy caramel, with sour cherries, all dipped in dark chocolate.

Dark chocolate (40%) (61% cocoa minimum, pure cocoa butter): cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract. Flaked almonds (14%), sugar, almonds (7.7%), butter (milk), cream (milk), dried sour cherries (7%) (cherries, sugar, sunflower oil), glucose syrup, golden syrup (partially inverted refiner's syrup), flaked pistachios (1.5%), sea salt.
