Devaux Collection D Rose Pre Packed Gift Box 12% 75cl
Grapes: Pinot Noir 55% (of which 10% vinified in red), Chardonnay 45%
Tasting Notes: Pinot Noir from the Côte des Bar, Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by a partial malolactic fermentation. The aging in the cellar is different between the 750 bottle and the magnum, in fact while the bottle ages for at least 5 years, the magnum remains on the lees for at least 7 years. A beautiful salmon-apricot pink color with an elegant perlage and shiny reflections. Fresh aromas of small red fruits on the nose, which evolve towards floral notes. Intensely fruity finesse on the palate with delicate notes of currant, raspberry and apricot. The finish is long with a nice tone. Key aromas: currant, raspberry, white fruit.
