Apply after skincare. Gently massage a dime-sized amount onto skin with fingertips. For an extra dewy look in key areas, pat an additional layer onto skin.
Follow with Tinted Moisturiser or foundation.
Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur:
To set makeup, saturate the Velour Puff with Translucent Loose Setting Powder Ultra-Blur, working powder into puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Tap off excess. Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to set makeup.
