We are delighted to have won the runner up award for 'Department Store of the Year' in the Drapers Awards 2013. We were the only independant store to be shortlisted, going head to head with the John Lewis, Debenhams and House of Fraser groups!

Michelle Jarrold, development director for Jarrold retail, said "This was a far bigger category because it took in all department stores in the country rather than just the smaller stores. We weren’t just up against the Norwich John Lewis, Debenhams and House of Fraser, we were up against the entire department store groups which made our shortlisting a huge honour and a massive achievement.”

The glittering awards ceremony took place in Old Billingate, London, on Thursday 21 November.
