PACT animal sanctuary rescues, rehabilitates and where possible re-homes neglected, injured and abandoned animals. Their specialty is 'problem animals' victims of physical or mental abuse, they are coaxed back to health, overcoming their behavioural distress and restoring their dignity. In most cases these poor creatures would have had no option other than euthanasia. 

George, from PACT advised that the money donated will fund 'towards a new pig enclosure which is to be built for two Kune Kunes, Sally and Horace. Sally has been very poorly and had to be separated from the other pigs whilst she was ill. Unfortunately when she recovered and re-joined them she was attacked and they would not accept her. So, we have to now build another secure compound for Sally and her lifelong friend, Horace who still loves her.'
