Spice Kitchen Jerk Blend 80g
A Jamaican-style BBQ rub with the aromatic, earthy flavours of allspice, nutmeg and thyme, a little cinnamon and sugar to counter the hot, hot chilli.
Rub all over your chosen meat before slow barbecuing or roasting; chicken legs, pork shoulder or belly and lamb are best for flavour. Our jerk blend also makes a great seasoning for grilling fish or vegetable kebabs.
