We are very proud of our newly rebranded - and award-winning - salsas! Salsa Mojo Picon Rojo is a spicy piquillo and chilli sauce from the Canary Islands. It is made using Piquillo peppers mixed with garlic, chillies and hot paprika. Serve the salsa Canary Island-style with 'wrinkled' new potatoes: 'Papas con Mojo'. The chilli heat makes it fabulous also used as a marinade for barbequed chicken, or to spice up pasta dishes and casseroles. We can guarantee you that this is an authentic taste of the Canary Islands!

Piquillo peppers, extra virgin olive oil, water, purple garlic (purple garlic, salt, citric acid), sherry vinegar, sugar, salt, cornflour, hot Spanish paprika, red chillies, cumin, and emulsifier: xanthan gum
