Mexican Table Sauce
An extremely hot sauce made from fruity habanero chillies with a touch of allspice.
The floral-flavoured habanero is the king of chilles and gives this sauce a searing but short-lived heat – you may find it addictive.
Serving Suggestion:
Ready to eat. Trickle over eggs, avocados, fluffy baked potatoes and grilled meat and fish; stir into soups and stews; or mix a few drops into a Bloody Mary. A little goes a long way.

Tomatoes, cider vinegar, sea salt, dried habanero chillies (2.2%), garlic, spices.
