Derwent Inktense 24 Pencil Tin
This tin contains 24 high quality Inktense pencils. The Inktense pencil range have easy, blendable textures full of vibrant jewel like pigments. Use them as a dry pencil then wash over with water to create a deep, ink-like effect which once dry can be worked over with other mediums. The Inktense range also has a non-soluable outliner so even if water is applied the outline remains permenant. Use your Inktense pencils on fabrics to try different techniques and effects.
