The Soup Pot is such a versatile piece of Cast Iron cookware ideal for simmering tender, succulent one-pot casseroles, roasting meat, poultry and vegetables, preparing soups, pasta and rice dishes, or even baking bread and cakes.
Suitable for use on all hob types, including induction, in the oven to 260°C and under the grill, requiring only low to medium heat settings to cook with. Individually cast in sand moulds and hand crafted at the original French foundry since 1925. Covered by a Limited Lifetime Guarantee. Capacity : 4.1L

- Remove all packaging and labels. Wash the pan in hot, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Medium or low heat will provide the best results for cooking, including frying and searing. Le Creuset Silicone tools or wooden/heat resistant plastic tools are recommended.
- For best results, use appropriately sized ring for even cooking and to reduce risk of damage to product.
- The sand enamel surface is not ideal for dry cooking.
- Recommended oils to use are vegetable, rapeseed and sunflower oil.
- Never drag your product across a glass surface. Always lift to move to prevent damage.
- Oven and grill safe up to 260°C. Allow a minimum distance of 6.5cm when grilling.
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot products.
- Allow product to cool before cleaning. If washed too quickly thermal shock may occur, resulting in cracking or loss of enamel.
- Handwash recommended.
- Freezer compatible and dishwasher safe.
