Barista & Co One Brew: The 4 in 1 Coffee and Tea Maker
Inspired by the professional specialty coffee technique of allowing gravity to move the coffee to the bottom of an immersion brewer, such as a coffee press and then pouring slowly.
The One Brew is a new way to brew and was developed to make gravity brewing easy so the user can enjoy cafetiere style coffee with a cleaner cup.
A Barista & Co mid-strength 2 brewer that is perfect for coffee and tea lovers who know the importance of taking a few minutes out of their busy day to slow down.
Simplified Brewing Process
Designed as a single-serve coffee maker, the One Brew offers fresh coffee with minimal steps: add coffee, brew, filter, and pour. Perfect for effortless daily use.
Four Brewers in One
The medical grade stainless steel filter and silicone seal means that the One Brew is incredibly versatile and can be used at home, in the office or camping for cold brew, hot coffee, loose leaf tea and even iced tea, all without the need for paper filters.
Better Than Cafetiere Coffee
By allowing your coffee to brew and settle for 6 minutes you will get more flavour from your coffee. Then follow the signature slow pour for 25 seconds and you can enjoy a cleaner coffee without losing the velvety texture associated with cafetiere coffee press coffee.

Easy to Clean
The filter lid has an angular shape so when finished it can be removed and held to collect the grounds in or placed upside down in the sink to allow the water to drain from the used coffee before being disposed of or composted.
Protected from Knocks
The silicone base protects your surface and the coffee maker from breakage and the BPA free materials are all reusable, recyclable and dishwasher safe while the thermal shock resistant borosilicate glass is easy to clean and won’t taint the favour of your favourite coffee.
How to Use
Gather Your Supplies:
Gather coarse ground coffee or loose leaf tea, the One Brew 4 in 1 tea and coffee maker, boiled water, and a spoon.
Coffee Loading:
Add a heaped scoop (15g) of coarse ground coffee to the One Brew beaker.
Shake it to flatten the coffee bed.
Brewing Process:
Add a small amount of water to cover the coffee, allowing it to bloom for 30 seconds.
Top up with hot water to the maximum fill line.
Stir the mixture and insert the filter lid, ensuring the seals touch the glass.
Brewing Time:
Leave the One Brew to brew for 7 minutes.
Pouring Process:
After 7 minutes, slowly pick up the One Brew and slow pour into your cup.
Hang the One Brew from your fingers initially to pour slowly into the cup, allowing the coffee to settle at the bottom, do not go beyond the horizontal
Ensure a total pouring time of around 25 seconds.
Cleaning:
Remove the filter lid, stir the remaining coffee and water in the jug, and pour back through the filter lid into the sink.
Rinse the One Brew for a quick and simple cleaning process.
