About the Author
Ed Dallimore has worked in the wine industry for over fourteen years. He has spent the majority of his career championing small-scale and independent winemakers. He lived in Sydney for eight years, representing boutique wineries across the region. Ed is also a photographer specialising in landscapes, seascapes, wildlife and portraiture. While living in Sydney he contributed to the photography-led guidebook 'Word of Mouth Guide: New South Wales', published in Australia in 2017. He was a finalist in the 2020 World Surf Photographer of the Year Competition. In recent years, Ed has visited over 140 British vineyards to discover the best wine producers the UK has to offer. https://www.59vines.com
