Discover the untold stories of some of the most adventurous and infamous characters in mythology from around the world in this bold, funny, and beautifully illustrated collectable picture book series.
Most people know Medusa as the monster with a halo of snakes that sit on her head. But once upon a time, Medusa was just a little girl. Sure, she was the daughter of powerful sea monsters, but in lots of other ways she was just like you. She squabbled with her sisters but all she really wanted was friendship, love and to fit in. But she grew up, people were mean to her and she grew angry, vengeful and dangerous. This is her story.Packed with facts from the Greek mythology and graphic art panels, Little Myths is the perfect series for mythology-mad kids.About the Author
Emma Adams grew up spending lots of her time in her local library, reading Roald Dahl books and imagining she was Matilda. Her love of reading turned into a love of publishing when she went to Loughborough University to study Publishing with English, and when Emma later started working on books for children it felt like the most natural thing in the world. Emma lives in Hackney, London. Erica Salcedo is an illustrator, born and raised in Cuenca, Spain. She graduated from Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha with a degree in Fine Arts, before pursuing a Master's degree in graphic design and illustration from Universidad Politecnica de Valencia. Erica has spent the past twelve years drawing and drinking tea, and she hopes to work on many new, exciting projects.
