The perfect gift for anyone welcoming a new child into the family, this comforting picture book explores the idea of 'home', through nature's lens.
A Home is a Nest is a beautiful gift book, exploring the concept of 'homes' and 'family' in nature, from the cosiness of winter dens, to the arrival of spring and a bird's first flight. Drawing parallels between the way animals care for their babies to how humans look after their own, this stunning book is made for snuggling and sharing, with a gentle narrative that's perfect to read aloud at bedtime.
This is the perfect gift for those entering the precious early days of parenthood, by award-winning artist and Waterstone's Prize shortlistee, Emma Carlisle.
