With this luxury waterproof eyebrow pencil, you can fill in those gaps and sparse areas to create shape and depth...in other words, the brows you've always wanted. The WBCo dual ended eyebrow pencil comes with a spoolie brush so you can blend the product and soften for a beautiful finish.
How To Use
Use the pencil to draw hair strokes and build colour, then brush through to soften and blend using the spoolie brush.

A softer eyebrow style by filling in gaps and adding depth and colour.
