The role:
Reporting to the Head of HR, we are looking for an HR Officer to join our fabulous HR team. As a generalist you will provide a wide range of HR expertise to our colleagues and truly enjoy working within the people profession. Your role will include:
- First port of call for HR queries.
- Supporting managers with all aspects of HR policy and process.
- Regular review of legal compliance in HR documents and practices.
- Involvement with the wider HR team to support the delivery of onboarding, L&D and wellbeing initiatives.
- Undertaking exciting HR projects as and when needed and to support your development needs.
- Embracing HR technology to support the streamlining of our current processes

- Has had previous experience in a similar role.
- Is qualified up to or is working towards their level 5 CIPD.

- Has a full clean driving licence to visit our branches.
This is a part time position working 4 days per week with the occasional evening event when we all help support customer evenings. The salary for this role ranges from £25k to £27k per annum. Due to the nature of our customer facing business, this role will be office based in our beautiful building on London Street.
