Jarrold and Sons Ltd Loyalty provides a wide range of preferential benefits and offers to its members.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or over and a UK resident for the entire period for which you are a member. No corporate or business use or membership. Please note that colleagues may be excluded from certain events, prize draws and experiences. See individual terms and conditions for more information and qualification.
Activation and Registration
Your Club membership is not transferable once activated. If you do not have a valid email address you can update your details online by creating an account or logging into your existing online account. You will need to provide a valid mobile or land line number and postal address. Without a valid email address, you will not receive all the regular offers and benefits associated with the Club. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal details are kept up to date and Jarrolds will not be responsible for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications if you do not do so.
Rewards and benefits of the Club
As a member you will benefit from offers and promotions personalised for you. Inclusions and exclusions will apply and may change.
Restrictions and Exclusions
Some offers (including the 10% off welcome voucher, 15% Anniversary, 20% Birthday) will be subject to exclusions. These will include but not limited to: No discount on selected Concessions, 'Online Exclusive' or Jarrolds Store Folk items, Ink supplies, Commission art prints, Stamps, Gift Cards and Event tickets. Discount may be limited on Alcohol and not applicable on already discounted items.
Concessions within Jarrolds: Jo Malone London, Hobbs, Whistles, Mint Velvet, REISS, Phase Eight, Carl Scarpa, Kurt Geiger, L.K. Bennett, Sana Brow Spa, Jigsaw and Charles Clinkard.
Concession participation: Jo Malone London, Mint Velvet, REISS, and Sana Brow Studio are excluded from any and all promotions. Other concessions may be included in certain offers, please see indivual code for further details.
Termination
You can terminate your Club membership at any time online by logging in to the My Account area of the Jarrolds website and opting out of all marketing communications. When you have opted out we will cease to communicate to you about the Privilege Club. We can terminate your Club membership immediately if at any time, you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be, acting fraudulently or in breach of these terms. If your membership has been inactive for 12 months we will review it and in our discretion, choose to suspend your account.
Making changes to the Club
We can make changes to the eligibility requirements, the benefits and the terms of the Club at any time, or at our reasonable discretion if it is required for the continuing administration of the Club. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or postal communication. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Club at any time giving members seven days’ notice of termination in writing (via email or postal communications).

Your information
Your personal information obtained by us in connection with the Club will be used in accordance with data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy (available at Jarrolds.co.uk/privacy). In particular, it will be used to administer the Club, provide you with benefits and to keep you updated including by post, email and text messaging.
Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and our dealings with you in connection with the Club. The terms are in English and any communications we send to you will be in English.

Loyalty Mondays | Terms and Conditions
Get a Hot Drink for £1 on Mondays before 11am
For a limited time only, Loyalty members can purchase any standard hot drink for £1 on Mondays, before 11am.
This offer is valid on Mondays only from 9.30am and ends at 11am each Monday.
Offer excludes the addition of syrups or other drink add-ons, which are charged at full price.
The offer is not available at The Exchange, The Bay, The Wine Bars or Strangers coffee shop.
To redeem the offer, customers must present their Loyalty card instore before purchasing.
One discounted drink per Loyalty member per Monday.
Offer is subject to availability and while stocks last.
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
Wine Club | Terms and Conditions
This is an instore exclusive subscription, where all your benefits will be instore exclusive offers.
- Membership:
- The Wine Club membership is available for an annual fee of £25, granting the member exclusive benefits for a 12-month period from the date of purchase.
- Membership is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the individual named on the membership account.
2. Eligibility:
- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and over, in compliance with legal drinking age regulations.
- Proof of age may be required at the time of sign-up or at the time of redeeming certain benefits.
- Customers must be part of our Loyalty scheme in order to sign up to the Wine Club
3. Birthday Bottle:
- To claim your free birthday bottle, members must provide their date of birth upon sign-up or update their information at least one week in advance.
- The free birthday bottle will be selected by Jarrolds and may vary depending on availability. No specific wine requests can be made for this benefit.
4. Discounts & Offers:
- The 10% wine bar discount is valid for all wines by the glass or bottle, but excludes other beverages, food, or other services.
- Discounts and offers cannot be combined with any other promotion.
- Monthly wine offers and case deals are subject to availability and may be updated or changed at Jarrolds discretion.
5. Event Invitations:
- Invitations to exclusive events are subject to availability and capacity limits. Wine Club members will receive priority access, but participation may be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Some events may require additional costs or pre-registration, which will be communicated in advance
6. Cancellation & Renewal:
- Wine Club membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Membership will not renew automatically.
- Members will receive a reminder prior to their membership expiry date, with the option to renew.
7. Data Protection:
- Jarrolds respects your privacy and will only use your personal data to manage your Wine Club membership and communicate offers, discounts, or event information and Jarrolds own Marketing communications.
- Your personal details will be kept secure and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Modification of Terms:
- Jarrolds reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or in-store notice.
9. Exclusions:
- Wine Club benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and services outside of the specified offers.
- Jarrolds reserves the right to revoke membership in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.
